How It Works

A clearer booking flow for live events.

This page explains what happens from discovery to venue entry, and what buyers can expect if a payment fails, a booking expires, or a show is changed by the organiser.

1. Discover a live event

Browse event pages with venue, timing, artist, and pricing details before you commit to checkout.

2. Hold seats temporarily

When you choose seats, the platform creates a short hold so availability stays accurate while you complete payment.

3. Complete payment or booking

A booking is confirmed only after the payment flow succeeds or an authorised booking channel completes the reservation.

4. Receive your booking reference

Once confirmed, the booking gets a reference and remains available from the ticket page or account history.

5. Use the ticket at the venue

Bring the QR code or booking record shown on your ticket page. Venue staff can validate it at entry.

What keeps it reliable

We treat availability as transactional, not aspirational. Seat holds expire automatically, checkout tokens are scoped to the correct session, and booking status moves through explicit payment states instead of relying on optimistic UI alone.

That matters because live-event buyers need confidence that the seat they select is the seat they are actually paying for.
