Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and a booking reference is issued. Until then, seats are only held temporarily in checkout.
Where tickets are delivered
Confirmed tickets are available from the booking details page linked in your confirmation flow. Signed-in users can also find them from their account history.
Failed or duplicate payments
Banks usually auto-reverse failed or duplicate debits within 5 to 7 working days. If the reversal does not arrive, keep the bank reference and screenshot ready for support follow-up.
Refund timelines
Refunds are initiated according to the event and platform policy. Once initiated, the original payment method typically receives the funds within 5 to 7 working days.
Entry at the venue
Carry the ticket QR code from your booking page. Venue staff may also ask for the booker's name or phone number used during checkout.
Account and email access
If you create an account, keep your email verified so password resets and ticket-related messages reach you reliably.
