Is GetYourTickets.live legitimate and safe?
Yes. GetYourTickets.live is a direct ticketing platform operated by Bombay No 3 Productions LLP. Every ticket is issued by us with a unique QR code tied to your booking, payments are handled through a secure payment gateway, and you can look up any booking from your confirmation or the Find my booking page.
Are there booking or convenience fees?
Ticket prices are set by each event. A small convenience (platform) fee and applicable GST may be added at checkout. The full breakdown is always shown before you pay, so there are no surprise charges afterwards.
When is my booking confirmed?
A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and a booking reference is issued. Until then, seats are only held temporarily in checkout.
How will I receive my tickets?
Confirmed tickets are available from the booking details page linked in your confirmation flow, each with a QR code for entry. Signed-in users can also find them from their account history.
My payment failed or I was charged twice — what should I do?
Banks usually auto-reverse failed or duplicate debits within 5 to 7 working days. If the reversal does not arrive, keep the bank reference and a screenshot ready and contact support so we can trace the payment.
What is the refund policy and timeline?
Refunds follow the event and platform refund policy. Once a refund is initiated, the original payment method typically receives the funds within 5 to 7 working days. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
What do I need to enter the venue?
Carry the ticket QR code from your booking page. Venue staff may also ask for the booker's name or phone number used during checkout.
How do I keep access to my account and tickets?
If you create an account, keep your email verified so password resets and ticket-related messages reach you reliably. You can also retrieve a booking any time from the Find my booking page.
