About
Sad Boi Hours began as an internet culture phenomenon. What started as a late night phrase became a shared feeling for millions of people who found themselves awake at 2 a.m., replaying memories, overthinking conversations, missing someone, healing from something, or simply trying to make sense of their emotions. Today, Sad Boi Hours has evolved into a live experience. Narrated by Paras Kalnawat and brought to life through the music of Neehar Pandit, Sad Boi Hours Live is an intimate evening of songs, stories, poetry, shayari and honest conversations. The show explores heartbreak, healing, loneliness, hope and everything in between. It is a space where music meets the thoughts we usually keep to ourselves. This is not a concert where you simply watch performers on stage. It is an experience designed to make you feel seen, understood and connected. Through storytelling, live music and shared emotions, the room becomes a reminder that none of us are as alone as we sometimes believe. Whether you are moving on, holding on, looking back or looking ahead, Sad Boi Hours Live welcomes you exactly as you are. Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can hear is that someone else felt it too.
