What started as a late night phrase became a shared feeling for millions of people who found themselves awake at 2 a.m., replaying memories, overthinking conversations, missing someone, healing from something, or simply trying to make sense of their emotions. Today, Sad Boi Hours has evolved into a live experience. Narrated by Paras Kalnawat and brought to life through the music of Neehar Pandit, Sad Boi Hours Live is an intimate evening of songs, stories, poetry, shayari and honest conversations. The show explores heartbreak, healing, loneliness, hope and everything in between. It is a space where music meets the thoughts we usually keep to ourselves. This is not a concert where you simply watch performers on stage. It is an experience designed to make you feel seen, understood and connected. Through storytelling, live music and shared emotions, the room becomes a reminder that none of us are as alone as we sometimes believe. What is Sad Boi Hours?

It is a phrase the internet already gave to that hour, usually somewhere between 1 and 5 a.m., when you cannot sleep and the feelings come up. Heartbreak. Missing someone. Overthinking a conversation from three years ago. Playing one song on repeat. Everyone has that hour. Almost nobody talks about it. This is a show built around it.

What is Sad Boi Hours Live?

Ninety minutes. A narrator, a singer, music, stories and poetry that move through the emotional arc of a late night, from the ache to the part where it lifts.

Is it a concert or a play?

Neither. There is no fourth wall to watch through. It is one feeling, one room, one journey, and a hall full of strangers slowly realising they might not be strangers after all.

When should I arrive?

Doors open at 7:00 PM. The show begins at 7:30 PM. Come early, find your seat, let the room settle around you. Late entry may be restricted once we begin, and you do not want to walk in mid-feeling.

Is there an interval?

No. Ninety minutes straight through, on purpose. The night does not pause.

How will I get my ticket?

How do I reach by public transport?

Pali Hill Naka bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Bandra Colony metro on the Aqua Line is about 10 minutes. Khar Road station is a 20 minute walk

The organizer and venue reserve the right to conduct security checks upon entry. 7. Photography, videography and audio recording may be restricted during the performance. The event contains themes relating to love, heartbreak, relationships, loneliness, healing and personal experiences. Viewer discretion is advised. 10. The organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule, lineup, format or running order without prior notice if required due to unforeseen circumstances. 11. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health concerns or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the organizer's liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket as applicable. 12. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and venue shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage. 13. Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. 14.
